Holt Manor Farmhouse

Holt Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with a refronting from the 18th century. The front is made of brick, while the north side features timber and brick infill, and the rear of the north wing has render and tile hanging. The building has an old tiled roof that is gabled to the south and west. It is designed in an L shape, with a lower wing at the angle of the L. The farmhouse has two storeys and an attic, with a central brick chimney on the front block and a side chimney on the north block.

On the east front, there are two gabled attic dormers with casements located above two glazing bar sashes that have cambered heads under brick arches, flanking a central blank panel above a six-panel door that is sheltered by a plain flat hood supported by timber posts. The north side reveals square, 17th-century timber framing, which is exposed behind a small 19th-century lean-to, and features a large chimney that breaks forward to the right. Inside, the timber frame is visible only in the form of ceiling beams, while the upper floor of the south wing has jointed raised crucks on the upper floor.
