Description
Pegadab Cottage is a cottage that dates back to the 16th century, with alterations made in the 17th century and the 19th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill and a half hipped plain tiled roof. The layout follows a lobby entry plan and the building stands two storeys high, comprising three bays of framing. A large old stack is located on the ridge at the southeast end of the central bay.
The south elevation is divided into four bays by brick piers that surround some of the posts of the frame. Each bay contains one casement window, with the ground floor windows featuring segmental heads. There is a boarded door located in the second bay from the right.
