Cottage. C17 and C20. Brick, render and timber frame with brick infill and weatherboard on adjoining shed extension; thatched roof, half hipped on main cottage, tiles and flat felt roofs on extensions. Rectangular plan of one framed bay with rear catslide and flat roofed extensions and shed to side. One and a half storeys with one dormer cut into thatch at front and stack to rear at comer. West Elevation:- Two-light casements with cambered heads flanking central boarded stable-type door under simple hood on cut brackets, 2-light casement in dormer off-centre to right, with weatherboard and tiled shed to right. North Elevation:- has timber frame exposed in gable wall partly obscured by shed.
