This barn, located approximately 30 metres to the south-west of Manor Farmhouse, dates from the 16th century with 17th century additions to the west and north. It features a timber frame with a brick plinth and weatherboarding, topped by an old tile roof that has a later projecting mid-stray to the west. The structure consists of three framed bays and has central double boarded doors on the east side. To the north, there is an 18th century timber framed and brick addition with an old tile half-hipped roof, which includes a boarded door and window on the west side.
