Description

This barn, located approximately 15 meters to the southwest of Siegecross Farmhouse, dates from the 17th and 18th centuries. It features a timber frame with brick nogging and a brick and flint plinth. The roof is covered with old tiles and is hipped, with a hipped midstray projecting to the south. The barn consists of three framed bays with aisles surrounding it. Inside, there is a double purlin roof with wind braces in the center bay, along with double queen post trusses that include both longitudinal and transverse bracing.
