Cottage. Mid C17 with late C19 refacing to south-west and mid C20 addition to north-east. Timber framed, exposed to north-west with brick nogging, south-west front with later facing of grey brick with red brick dressings. Toothed brick eaves cornice to old tile roof with catslide, 2 hipped dormers with 3-light leaded casements and C20 stack to north-east, ridge stack off- centre to south-east, and 4 gabled eaves dormers to south-west with 3-light leaded casements. 3 framed bays with later additions. 1 ½ storeys. South-west front: two 5-light leaded casements, 2 boarded doors with segmental relieving arches to left and between first and second windows from left. 2 doors to rear, in catslide and in mid C20 addition. Interior: chamfered and stopped ground floor beam and joists.
