Description

This is a house located on the east side of Hungerford High Street. It dates from around 1600, but was significantly altered and refaced in the 1830s. The roof is slate, hipped, and has overhanging eaves. The exterior is painted brick with a decorative band at the first-floor level. The house is three storeys high. There are three glazing bar sash windows on each floor, with the central window on the second floor blocked. A 20th-century central door, with a rectangular fanlight in a plain reeded surround, provides access.
