Description

The HMS Shah Memorial is a monument located in Victoria Park, Portsmouth, dating from around 1880. It is made of granite and features a four-sided obelisk set on a sandstone plinth. The inscription on the memorial reads: "Erected by the Officers and Ships Company of H.M.S. Shah To the memory of the Officers and men who died during the Commission in the Pacific and in the Zulu War. Commissioned 1876."
