Description

Centenary Fountain is a fountain located in Victoria Park, Portsmouth, dating from around 1880. It is made of iron and features an ornate cast-iron design. The fountain has a moulded base that supports four bronze swans. Above this, there is a wide bulbous pipe with a large ornamental tray, followed by another bulbous pipe with a lead motif that supports a small circular tray. At the top, there is a moulded pipe with a water spout. The fountain is set on a base made of random rubble stone.
