Description
The Warehouse is a former warehouse associated with Treadgolds, dating from around 1850. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a low pitch Welsh slate hipped roof. The building has three storeys and three bays. The central entrance consists of a recessed two-leaf 20th-century door with a blinded overlight, flanked by two brick piers with splayed quoins. To the left, there are 20th-century door shutters, and to the right, there is a 20th-century window and door infill. An iron girder spans the front of the building. The first floor has three 16-pane sash windows, while the second floor features three 12-pane unequal sashes, all set beneath flat gauged brick arches. The right return at the far right retains original wide and narrow casements with cambered brick arches. The interior has not been inspected.
