Description

This is an early to mid-19th century house with a shop, later used as a restaurant and flat. The building is stuccoed and has an interlocking tiled roof with a gable facing outwards, and no chimney stack. It is three storeys high and has one wide bay. A late 20th-century door is on the right-hand side, alongside a shop window positioned within an original shop front. This shop front features flanking pilasters, a fascia with shaped ends, and a cornice with an egg-and-dart moulding. The first floor has a flat-fronted bow oriel with a 20th-century casement window and flanking sash windows, along with matching fascia and cornice elements. The second floor contains one three-light six-pane casement window. The interior of the building was not inspected.
