Description
This early 19th-century house, originally with a shop, is now a restaurant and flat. It is constructed of grey headers, red brick quoins, and red brick dressings, with an interlocking tile hipped roof. The building is three storeys high and two bays wide. A late 20th-century glazed door is located on the right-hand side, with a shop window to the left, set within a mid-19th century shop front frame. This frame features panelled flanking pilasters, console brackets flanking the fascia, and a moulded cornice. The first and second floors each have two four-pane sashes, set under flat, gauged brick arches. A dentil brick band course runs along the building, topped by a rendered brick parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
