CASTLETHORPE NORTH STREET (north side) No. 47 (including former No. 45) and No. 49 (The Corner House)

House and cottage (No. 45). C18 and dated 1731. Coursed rubblestone. Plain tile roofs. 2 storeys, nos. 47 and 49 with attics. Nos. 47 and 49. Range of 4 bays. Central and end brick stacks. Central doorway and blocked doors with keystones between bays 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. All windows with keystones, some carved with foliage and bosses. Date stone between 1st floor windows' inscribed 'WK 1731' with cornice over. No. 47 has modern 2 light windows, No. 49 modern barred windows with full width fanlights To west of No. 47 is 2 bay stone range with 2 casements and door. Attached and part of No. 47 is No. 45 . C18. 1½ bays with left hand door and lean-to to north. Coved stone eaves. Modern casements.
