Description
The stable building located to the southeast of Emberton House dates from 1824. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a concrete pantile roof. The building has three bays and two storeys. On the ground floor, there are three board doors with blocked windows in between. To the right of the right-hand door, there are two 2-light casement windows. The first floor includes a 2-light casement window on the left and a loft entry above the right-hand door. A brick stack is positioned between the left-hand bays. A datestone in the centre of the first floor is inscribed with 'CH 1824'. There is also a single-storey addition on the right.
