  1. Circa 1840. 3 storey, 3 window detached villa. Red brick with 4 wide yellow brick pilaster strips on still wider red brick pilaster strips. Yellow brick plinth. Stone caps to pilaster strips and moulded string over ground floor. Slate roof with square ridge plan. Deep eaves with panelled soffitts over windows. Glazing bar sash windows on upper 2 floors. French windows on ground floor. Slightly projecting porch submerged by recent Doric portico with 2 pairs of thin fibreglass columns. Modern glazed doors. Returns to north-west and south-east built of yellow brick.
