ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 SE (EASTGATE) 10/154 No 173 GV II Former house, now a shop. Late C18, much modified. Brick tile hung (in 1988); Kent tile roof. 2 storeys. Front: 2 window range. Modillion cornice; 2 1st floor flush framed 12-pane horned sashes (also 1988). Late C20 shop front. Rear, stuccoed has one sash window with glazing bars. Included for group value.
