This is a late 18th-century house on St Margaret’s Street, Rochester. It is a single-depth property with a rear wing and a lateral staircase; it has lateral and rear chimney stacks. The front elevation has a regular two-and-a-half-window range. A parapet with a stone coping runs along the top. A doorway is located slightly right of centre, flanked by a shaped canopy and a panelled door.
