Description

ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 NW 7/118 Nos 65 and 65A 23.8.74 GV II House and shop. Late C18 facade. Red brick; Kent tile roof; rebuilt stack to right. 2½ storeys; regular 2-window range. All upper floor windows with rubbed brick flat arches and stone sills; 6-pane and 12-pane hornless sashes in reveals to 2nd and 1st floors respectively. Shop front with dentilled cornice and console brackets; half glazed door to right, panelled door to left, both with rectangular overlights, that to the left with leaded panes. C20 shop window with glazing bars; panelled plinth. Rear with renewed hornless sash windows. Interior not inspected.
