Description

This is a late 18th-century house with a shop on High Street, Rochester. The front facade is brick, although the roof is not visible. The building is three storeys high and has a regular three-window arrangement. It features a rendered parapet with stone coping, and a moulded cornice. The windows are plate glass sash windows with horns, set under flat arches. An Early 20th-century shop front is present, featuring plate glass, a deeply recessed entrance with turned corner posts and a shaped plinth, and a shop window that returns to the right, rendered above. The interior of the building was not inspected.
