Farmhouse. Rear range c1676, front range of 1863 not of special interest. Rear range is of stone rubble with Bembridge limestone quoins. Thatched roof with off central brick stack. 3 bay lobby entrance house of 1 storey and attics 3 windows. Altered cement windows. Gable end with coping and kneelers to north. Outshut to rear. Interior has chamfered axial beams with lambs tongue stops; C18 plank doors and cupboards with butterfly hinges. Datestone of 1676 on one of the farm buildings with the names Robard and Elizebeth Bret is though to have been removed from the farmhouse.
