Description

SEA VIEW LANE, NETTLESTONE 1. 1577 Fairy Hill SZ 6291 5/l20 24.10.50.

2. Late C18 or early C19. The most interesting part of the house is now the East front, which was originally the entrance front, Two storeys. Three windows. Red brick and grey headers, once painted. The centre window bay projects with a pediment over, of which the tympanum is wholly faced with grey headers. Dentilled eaves cornice. Glazing bars missing. The main front of the house facing the garden has been spoiled by the addition of two C19 bays.
