QUAY STREET 1. 1445 (South East Side) SZ 5089 SW 3/74 Nos 19 & 20 1.10.53.

II GV

  1. One mid C18 building in chequered brick, with band and high plinth. Eaves cornice with ball ornament. 6 windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sills. Slate roof with one dormer. 2 very good doorcases, both with panelled reveals. No 19 has fluted pilasters and shallow moulded cornice. 6 panel door with rectangular fanlight containing an elliptical traceried light. No 20 has narrow fluted pilasters, moulded brackets, and an open moulded pediment and traceried rectangular fanlight.
