Description
Nos 10 and 11 on Quay Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped slate roof and plain wooden eaves, with bands between the storeys that act as a sill course for the first floor. The second floor has four recessed sash windows with glazing bars and block sills. On the first floor, there are three windows set in moulded rendered surrounds, with sash glazing bars, except for a tripartite window at No 10. The ground floor mirrors the first floor's window arrangement but lacks the surrounds. The doorways are paired, with recessed doors made of six fielded panels, flanked by Doric pilasters and topped with a plain stucco frieze and cornice above.
