Corner house. Late C18 or early C19. Stucco scored to imitate ashlaring. 2-span roof of slate with gables facing south. 2 storeys. One-window range to each elevation. Shop front to ground floor of a C19 design rebuilt in the C20. One flat-arched window to first floor of each elevation, that to the south under the right-hand span of the roof. INTERIOR: not inspected. This building forms a most important group with Nos 1-12, 22-30, 32, 36-41, and 43-53 Meeting House Lane (qv), which is the centre of the Old Town known as The Lanes.
