Description

No. 2 Boyce's Street is a terraced house that has been converted into a restaurant. It dates from the early 19th century and is likely a refronting of an earlier building. The exterior is finished in stucco with a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a dormer, featuring a two-window range. The entrance is flat-arched and has an ogee-shaped vermiculated plaster panel above it. There are segmental bays on either side with tripartite windows and an entablature. Above, the flat-arched windows have a vermiculated sill band and keystones, and the sashes throughout are of original design. The building is topped with a cornice and parapet, and there is one dormer in the pitched roof. The right-hand return has scattered fenestration. The interior has not been inspected.
