Terraced house. Early C19 refronted in mid C19. Stuccoed with roof concealed by parapet and cemented chimneystack. 4 storeys and basement; 2 windows, including 4 storey splayed bay. Wide modillion cornice. Sashes mainly with vertical glazing bars and horns. First floor has tented canopy and cast-iron balcony with quatrefoil motifs. Right side round-headed doorcase with fanlight, pilasters and 6 panelled door. INTERIOR: not inspected. Flight of steps with attached spear railings and area railings.
