Description
Number 14 is a circa 1825 terraced house, likely designed by Amon Wilds and Charles Augustine Busby. It is three storeys high with a basement and has a dormer window, forming a one-window range. The house is constructed of stucco with a turnerised roof. It features a round-arched entrance with a moulded architrave and fanlight, along with reeded pilasters and a modillion cornice to the doorcase. There’s a segmental bay to the ground, first, and second floors, with altered glazing throughout. A bracketed balcony with later railings is present, as is a parapet. A dormer window is incorporated into the mansard roof, and a stack is visible against the party wall. The interior has not been inspected. Cast iron railings are present to the steps and area.
