Terraced house, now shops. c1800 with late C19 alterations for shops. Cobbles with painted brick dressings and quoins; roof of tiles. 3 storeys, 3-window range. Ground-floor has well-preserved late-C19 shop-fronts with 3 entrances, the doors and overlights having original panelled and faceted glazing; slim cast-iron columns to shop windows with ornamental cast-iron spandrels filled with fan-decoration forming elliptical arches, and 2 small pendants to the centre of each arch; the central entrance has similar spandrels; egg-and-dart cornice largely obscured; fascia stops at either end; upper windows all segmental-arched with keystones, the outer windows tripartite; parapet; side stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected.
