Description

The building comprises two early 19th-century terraced houses, now shops, located on Ship Street in Brighton. The exterior is of painted brick and stucco, with a parapet concealing the roof. It is three storeys high and features a single-window front. The ground floor has late 20th-century shop fronts, while the upper floors contain segmental bay windows and tripartite sash windows that appear to be of original design, although the segmental bays themselves have been extensively renewed despite the apparent survival of the original glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
