To the left of a flat-arched entry there is a full-height segmental bay with flat-arched, tripartite windows. Sashes of original design in second and third floors of the bay. Second-floor windows have floating entablatures. Verandah to first floor. Stacks to party wall. INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to low area wall. No.15, Nos 17-18 and Nos 20-26 (qv) form a group.
