Terraced house. c1815. Stucco. Roof of tile. 3 storeys with one flat-arched dormer, over basement. One-window range. Round-arched entry with fanlight of decorative glazing; door of original design. Ground floor has banded rustication. To the right of the entry is a segmental bay with flat-arched, tripartite windows; sashes of original design: 6 x 6 to centre and 4 x 4 to sides. From the first-floor balcony rises a 2-storey segmental bay, which is not on axis with the ground-floor bay; flat-arched, tripartite windows with sashes of original design: to first floor, 6 x 9 to centre and 4 x 6 to sides, and to second floor, 6 x 6 to centre and 4 x 4 to sides. Blocking course. Stack to party wall. INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to stairs and area. No.15, Nos 17-18 and Nos 20-26 (qv) form a group.
