Description
Number 22 is a terraced house built around 1815, featuring a stucco exterior and a tiled roof. The building has three storeys and includes a flat-arched dormer above a basement. It is designed with a one-window range and has a round-arched entry that features a fanlight with decorative glazing and a door of original design. The ground floor showcases banded rustication. To the right of the entry, there is a segmental bay with flat-arched, tripartite windows, where the sashes are of original design: 6 x 6 for the centre window and 4 x 4 for the side windows. Above, a first-floor balcony supports a two-storey segmental bay that is not aligned with the ground-floor bay. The first-floor windows are flat-arched and tripartite, with original sashes: 6 x 9 for the centre and 4 x 6 for the sides, while the second floor has 6 x 6 for the centre and 4 x 4 for the sides. The building features a blocking course and a stack on the party wall. The interior has not been inspected. The property also includes railings to the stairs and area.
