The house has three storeys above a basement, with attics and three first-floor windows. The exterior includes stucco detailing such as rustication on the ground floor, voussoirs over the door, and bands on the first and second floors, topped with a frieze and cornice. The windows are 6/6 sashes, with the first-floor windows being taller, all set in plain reveals with sills. The entrance is on the left, featuring a four-panel door with Greek key moulding on the lower panels, flanked by sidelights and a fanlight. The basement has 6/6 sash windows, and there are roof dormers in the attic with plate-glass windows. The interior has not been inspected. Notable features include a continuous first-floor balcony with sticks and oval panels of scrolled ornament, and ornate strapwork panels on the area railings and beside the steps. This property forms a stop to Nos 15-55 Rodney Road.
