Description
Number 70 is a terraced house located on Huntley Street, built in the late 18th century and altered in the mid 19th century. The exterior is finished in stucco, featuring a rusticated ground floor and a plain sill band on the first floor. The house has a slated mansard roof with a dormer, and it stands three storeys tall, with an attic and basement. There are two windows on the façade. The entrance includes a round-arched doorway with a fanlight above and a panelled door. The first and second floor windows are sash windows with architraves, and the first floor windows have cornices supported by console brackets. The building has a parapet. Although the interior has not been inspected, there are attached cast-iron railings leading to the area in front of the house.
