Description
Reeds Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It dates from the early 17th century and was altered in the 20th century. The building features a timber frame with painted render infill and has a half-hipped old tile roof. It has a rectangular plan consisting of three framed bays, with a single bay outshut on the left side.
The farmhouse is two storeys high, with a central painted ridge chimney that has a cornice. The north front, which faces the road, has two bays with 2-light C19 casement windows that include glazing bars and shutters. There is an outshut on the left and a 20th-century gabled entrance porch on the right side, which is enclosed and has sidelights. The interior has not been inspected.
