Lodge. Late C19. MATERIALS: painted brick in Flemish bond, slate, gabled roof. PLAN: T-plan. EXTERIOR: one and a half storeys. Central chimney of 2 stages, niches with pointed arched heads in second stage, dentilled and moulded cornice, clay pots. Sash windows with segmental arched heads. Recessed ornamental string. Decorative curved and pierced bargeboards on gables, with carved supporting brackets and drop finials. Entrance front, south-east, has single bay gable on left with canted bay with dentilled brick cornice on ground floor. Hipped enclosed porch to right in internal angle with 4-panelled entrance door. INTERIOR: not inspected.
