Barn, now house. C17, refaced C19, altered late C20. MATERIALS: brick with diaper patterning, in English bond, interlocking concrete tiles on half-hipped roof. PLAN: rectangular plan. EXTERIOR: 4-bays with hipped midstrey and aisle on south, former wagon doors on north now replaced by large window. Casement leaded windows. North-east road front irregular. Two, 2-light windows on left, sinlgle large 8-light window in centre with mullions and transom, one 3-light window to right.

INTERIOR: timber roof framing exposed with arched tie beams and braces, queen post trusses with reduced principals clasped purlins and windbraces. False brick fireplace and flue up to roof level inserted.
