Description

The Threshing Barn at Langley Green Farm is a 17th-century structure that has undergone some later alterations. It is timber-framed with pinkish-brown brick nogging and features a renewed tile roof. The barn consists of three bays and has central threshing openings on each side; the front opening is partly infilled and has double plank doors, while the rear also has double plank doors. The facades include small square panels of timber-framing and diamond breathers. The roof is gabled. Inside, the barn features a tie-and-collar-beam truss with lower angle struts.
