GV II

Small group of buildings comprising lodge, small barn and granary, now small house and office. Late C18, altered C20. MATERIALS: part brick in Flemish bond, part decorative tile hanging, part weatherboard. Hipped and gabled, old tile roofs of different heights. PLAN: Irregular plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and single storey. One chimney with clay pots on house, iron weathervane on former granary roof. House has hipped roof, tile-hung first floor with 3-light casement window with glazing bars. Brick ground floor with sash window with glazing bars and segmental arched heads. Single storey extension at left under high pitched roof and with C20 2-light casement window. Attached on left small barn with recessed, weatherboarded centre section and to left of this 2 storey section with pyramidal roof. Old door with 4 centred head between last 2 sections. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value.
