Description

Nos 637 to 641 on Chigwell Road, formerly known as Nos 1, 3, and 5 Manor Road, are a terrace of three cottages dating from the 18th century. The cottages are two storeys high, with one window each. They are constructed with a timber frame and render, topped with a low pitch slate roof. The windows are double hung sash types with glazing bars. The original doors remain intact for Nos 637 and 639, while No 637 features a lean-to end extension. These cottages are included for their group value.
