Description

No 645 on Chigwell Road, formerly known as No 9 Manor Road, is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high and is three windows wide. The exterior is made of colour-washed brick, with end gables and a rear that is weatherboarded. There is a central entrance featuring a timber hood supported by large brackets. To the left of the entrance is a double hung sash window, while the right side has a modern projecting shop front. The roof is gabled, covered with plain tiles at the front and pantiles at the rear, and there is a central brick chimneystack.
