Description
This is a cottage with a cartshed located approximately 10 yards southwest of the hall of Wimbledon College, dating from around 1860. It is likely designed by the architect S S Teulon. The building is constructed of red brick and features a slate pitched roof that reaches the eaves. It has two storeys and the elevation facing the road includes square-headed three-light stone-dressed windows with pointed polychrome relieving arches. To the left side, there are cart entrances set in two pointed arches, along with an additional three-light window. The building is topped with blocky chimneys and is included for its group value.
