Description

This is a mid-19th century terrace, originally symmetrical, comprising three windows in the centre and recessed one-window wings and a side entrance bay. Number 20 has a later two-window extension. The building is two storeys high with a basement and attics. The central section is constructed of yellow stock brick with rusticated stucco dressings and a painted ground floor at the southern end. It features cornices with pierced parapets above and an attic sill string, as well as a cornice at floor level. The windows are architraved sashes with glazing bars and bracketed cornices; a central first-floor window has a pediment. Stucco porticoes provide access to arched doorways with fanlights and panelled doors, approached by steps.
