  1. 2nd quarter of C19. 3-bay villa of 2 storeys and basement. Multicoloured stock brick with stuccoed front. Low pitched, hipped slate roof with modern dormer added at left, breaking roof line. Palmette and anthemion moulded frieze below eaves. Sash windows with glazing bars, those on 1st floor in moulded architrave. Entablature surround, with palmette and anthemion frieze, to ground floor windows. 6 steps to prostyle Ionic porch with fluted columns. ½-glazed door with cornice head and rectangular fanlight. Contemporary attached outbuilding at right.
