Description

No. 10 Pond Road is a villa dating from the second quarter of the 19th century. It is a three-bay structure with two storeys and a basement. The villa is constructed of multicoloured stock brick with a stuccoed front elevation. It has a gable-ended slated roof of a moderately low pitch. Sash windows with glazing bars are set within moulded architraves, and the ground floor windows are adorned with console bracketed cornices. A modern door is set within an entablature surround.
