  1. 1840 by G Smith, re-erected 1878. 2 storeys, 7 windows, and 2-storey, 1-window set back right extension. Moderately low pitched, hipped, slated roof. Brick chimneys with stone bracketed cornices and shaped blocking courses. Greyish yellow stock brick. Stone frieze and deep eaves cornice with large curved consoles. Stone moulded architraves, outer surrounds and friezes under deep bracketted cornices to sash windows with glazing bars. (Window in extension has architrave only.) 1st floor stone cill band with guilloche moulded lower part. Stone plinth. Central double door of 8 fielded panels. Doorcase with attached Ionic columns and entablature. In extension single door in moulded architrave; and blank stone panel in similar architrave above.
