  1. Circa 1830-40. 3 storeys,attic and basement, 3 windows. Slate mansard roof with 2 square dormers. Multicoloured stock brick. Stucco frieze, modillion cornice and blocking course (damaged). Banded, rusticated stucco ground floor. Plain stucco basement. Gauged, flat brick arches to 2nd floor sash windows with vertical bars. 1st floor long transomed casements opening to full width balcony with cast iron rail and swept, lead hood with pierced bargeboards on narrow round columns. Ground floor sash windows with vertical bars. 5 steps to half glazed door, with cornice head, rectangular fanlight and bracketed cornice hood. Cast iron handrail and spearhead area railings.
