Description

Nos 11 and 13 on Greenwich Church Street are early to mid-18th century houses that have been converted into two dwellings. The buildings are three stories tall and feature four windows. They are constructed of brown brick with red brick dressings and have a hipped, slated roof that is partly hidden by a later stucco entablature and parapet. The windows have gauged, flat brick arches. No 11 has modern replaced sashes in near-flush box frames, while No 13 features recessed early 19th-century sashes with glazing bars set in stucco-lined reveals. There is a red brick band at the second floor level. The ground floor has shops, with No 11 being modern and No 13 dating from the mid-19th century. Nos 11 to 21 (odd) are recognized as a group.
