Description

This is a late 17th-century house located at 15 Greenwich Church Street, one of a pair of buildings with number 17. The house is three storeys high with an attic, and features a single window. It has a steeply pitched roof, now covered with machine tiles, and a square dormer window. A boxed eaves cornice runs along the top of the stuccoed facade. The windows are early to mid-19th century three-light sash windows, set within moulded architraves, with a console-bracketed cornice above the first-floor window. A mid-19th century shop front was added to the ground floor. Numbers 11 to 21 (the odd numbers) form a notable group.
