  1. Timber-framed, weather-boarded barn, probably early C18. Half-hipped roof part tiled, part slated. Queen strut roof trusses. Butt purlins at different levels. Fairly thin, but close-set timbers with flushed diagonal braces.

The 0ld Mill Building, the Mill Owner's House, the House to East of Old Mill Building and the Barn form a working group, a very rare survival in London.
