2. Late C18. 2 storeys and attic. Brick. 2 windows, the right hand a brick 2 storey canted sash bay. C19 windows. Capped parapet. Small modern extension on left hand ground floor. Mansard slate hipped roof with 2 C18 flat topped sash dormers. Main front of house faces east. 3 altered sashes. Good central doorcase, open pedimented porch or Doric columns with entablature. Round headed fanlight. Plain eaves. Hipped mansard slate roof.

The Old Mill Building, the Mill Owner's House, the House to East of Old Mill Building and the Barn form a working group, a very rare survival in London.
